All refuse accumulated in the City of Paris shall be collected, conveyed and disposed of by the City of Paris Sanitation Department. No person shall convey over any of the streets or alleys of the City, or dispose of any refuse accumulated in the City of Paris, except as noted in Section 8-110. All refuse shall be disposed of in the City of Paris at the Paris-Henry County Solid Waste Landfill or other sites approved by the City (Ord. #717, 09/07/89).
