§ 52.999 PENALTY
   (A)   Anyone who violates the provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided shall be subject to the penalty provided for in § 10.999.
   (B)   Anyone who violates the provisions of § 52.003 shall be subject to the penalty provided for in § 10.999. Each separate unlawful call made in violation of this section shall be deemed a separate violation for the purpose of determining the authorized fine.
   (C)   Anyone who violates the provisions of § 52.107 shall be subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (D)   Anyone who violates the provisions of § 52.108 shall be, upon conviction, subject to a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00), nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, or both.

   (E)   Anyone who violates the provisions of § 52.109 shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fine no less than ten dollars ($10.00), nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense.

   (F)   Anyone who violates the provisions of § 52.150 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.

   (G)   Any parent, guardian, or person having legal custody, allowing a minor to violate the provisions of § 52.200 (B)(1) shall be subject to a fine of no more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or both.
   (H)   Any person who violates any division of § 52.101 shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first offense and fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense thereafter.
