In residential subdivisions, sidewalks are required on both sides of the street, the full length of the streets. In other developments, sidewalk placement shall be according to the City Engineer’s instructions. Sidewalks shall be a minimum of four feet (4’) wide and four inches (4”) thick and shall be constructed in accordance with the construction specifications in Ord. 12-82, passed June 1, 1982.
