(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
