§ 154.05  BUILDING TO BE SECURED.
   After any building or structure or portion thereof has been vacated by Health Department or Building Inspector order, pursuant to city ordinances or state statutes, or is vacant and is in such a condition that no residential, commercial, or other authorized use could be made of same, the Building Inspector shall require that the building, structure, or portion thereof, and any and all windows without glass or with broken glass, be boarded up, and all doors or other openings securely fastened to prevent unauthorized entrance into the building or structure, pursuant to state statute.
