§ 151.74  COMPLIANCE INSPECTIONS.
   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police and the Building Inspector to make or cause to be made those inspections of the house mover’s operations, equipment, and business as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
