§ 151.38 SIDEWALK OBSTRUCTION OR REMOVAL; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No sidewalk shall be obstructed in the course of building construction or alteration without a special permit from the City Clerk; whenever removal of a sidewalk is required in such work, a special permit from the City Building Inspector shall be obtained as is provided in § 151.36 of this code.
