§ 151.05  PLAN APPROVAL OR REJECTION.
   Applications with plans appended thereto shall be referred to the Code Enforcement Officer, who shall examine them to determine whether the proposed construction or alteration will comply with the ordinance or code provisions relating thereto.  Upon approval by the Code Enforcement Officer, 1 set of plans shall be returned by the Code Enforcement Officer to the applicant.  Permits required by this subchapter shall be issued by the Code Enforcement Officer after approval of the plans and payment of the fee provided for in this subchapter.  Permits rejected by the Code Enforcement Officer may be appealed to the City Council.
