§ 114.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any licensed peddler or hawker who shall be guilty of any violation as described in § 114.005 of this code shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each offense, and the Mayor may revoke his or her license for such an offense.

   (C)   Any person, association, or corporation conducting any such sale as described in §§ 114.055et seq. of this code, or who shall violate any of the other items and regulations of that subchapter, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500.
