§ 114.039  EMPLOYEE LIMITS; LICENSEE LIABILITY.
   Every person licensed as an auctioneer may designate up to 2 employees who may be authorized by him or her to assist in the conduct of auctions; the employer shall be liable for any violation of the city ordinances committed by those employees in conducting an auction.
