§ 97.090  ESTABLISHMENT; HUNTING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt, trap, or pursue with dogs any species of wildlife on the city wildlife refuge within the tracts of land hereinafter described:
      (1)   The portion of city lands and waters (in this county) commonly called Twin Lakes, which includes the portion commonly called the West Lake and up Sugar Creek to the most westerly property line of the city in Sections 25 and 26, T14N, R12W of the second P.M., containing approximately 220 acres;
      (2)   The portion of city lands and waters (in this county) commonly called the Old East Lake, in Section 25, T14N, R12W of the second P.M., containing approximately 70 acres; and
      (3)   The portion of city lands and waters (in this county) commonly called the Third Lake, in Sections 30 and 31, T14N, R12W, containing approximately 179 acres.
   (B)   The portion of the West Lake west of the Penn Central railroad bridge on the north shore line, and the portion commonly known as the Third Lake, shall be open to the hunting of waterfowl during the regular migratory waterfowl season set by the state, and shall be open to trapping during the regular trapping season.
