§ 96.120  HOUSE NUMBERING REQUIRED; PLAN.
   All lots, buildings, and structures in the city shall be numbered in accordance with the following plan.
   (A)   Court Street shall be the base or dividing line for numbering houses on all streets or avenues running north and south; even numbers shall be on the east side and odd numbers on the west side of the street.
   (B)   Main Street shall be the base or dividing line for all streets or avenues running east and west; odd numbers shall be on the north side and even numbers shall be on the south side of the street.
   (C)   There shall be 1 number assigned for each 25 feet of frontage, and there shall be 100 numbers to each block.
