§ 95.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not more than $200. Each act in violation of any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
