§ 93.61 ENFORCEMENT; VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   The provisions of the code adopted in § 93.60 of this code shall be enforced by the Health Officer.
   (B)   It shall be a violation of this subchapter to fail to do any act required by the code adopted in § 93.60, to do any act contrary to the code, or to fail to obtain any permit or license required by the code; and any person who has been convicted of an offense under this subchapter shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
