§ 93.34  SPECIFIED AND UNSPECIFIED NUISANCES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to permit or maintain the existence of any nuisance on any property under his or her control. This shall include any use of property, substances, or things within the city, emitting or causing any foul, offensive, noisome, nauseous, noxious or disagreeable odors or stenches which are repulsive to the physical senses of ordinary persons and which annoy, discomfort, injure, or inconvenience the health of any persons within the city. The Chief of Police, the Health Officer, or designee are hereby authorized to abate any such nuisances existing in the city, whether these nuisances are specifically recognized by ordinance or not.
