(A) It shall be unlawful to engage in the business of storing liquefied petroleum gases within the city without first having secured a license therefor.
(B) Applications for licenses required by this section shall be made in writing to the City Clerk, and shall conform to the general provisions of the ordinances relating to business licenses. The annual fee for such a license shall be $300.
(C) No license required by this section shall be issued unless the premises and equipment thereon to be used in the activity are in full compliance with the standards prescribed in this chapter; it shall be unlawful to conduct or operate such an activity unless all buildings and equipment used in connection therewith comply with the standards prescribed.
