§ 92.060 OCCUPANCY WITHOUT PERMIT UNLAWFUL.

It shall be unlawful for any person to occupy any premises upon which a liquefied petroleum gas installation has been made after the date of the adoption of this code, unless the installer has first obtained a permit therefor.
