§ 92.059 PERMIT ISSUANCE; FEE.

The Building Inspector shall, upon finding that a liquefied petroleum gas installation complies with the provisions of this subchapter, issue a permit to the installer; the fee for the installation permit required by this subchapter shall be $2.
