§ 53.069 REISSUANCE.
   A significant industrial user shall apply for wastewater discharge permit reissuance by submitting a complete wastewater discharge permit application in accordance with § 53.060(A) of this code a minimum of 60 days prior to the expiration of the industrial user’s existing wastewater discharge permit.
