(A) Industrial users with the potential to discharge flammable substances may be required to install and maintain an approved combustible gas detection meter.
(B) At no time shall 2 readings on an explosion hazard meter at the point of discharge into the POTW, or at any point in the POTW, be more than 50% of the lower explosive limit (LEL) of the meter.
