§ 52.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any unauthorized discharge of sanitary waste or sludge in the sewage system of the city, or at the city sewage treatment plant, as described in § 52.043 of this code, shall constitute a misdemeanor offense, and shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $500 per offense.

   (C)   Any person who shall continue any violation as described in § 52.082 of this code beyond the time limit provided for in that section, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof, shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $50 for each violation.  Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provisions of §§ 52.095et seq. of this code shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500 for each offense.
