§ 52.082  VIOLATIONS; NOTICE TO CORRECT; LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
   (A)   Notice of violation; compliance time; permit revocation.  Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter except § 52.080 shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof.  The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations.  The city may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of §§ 52.015et seq., 52.035et seq., or 52.055et seq. of this code.
   (B)   Failure to comply.  Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in division (A) above, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (C)   Liability of violator.  Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 52.015et seq., 52.035et seq., or 52.055et seq. of this code shall become liable to the city by reasons of that violation.
