(A) A debt service charge of $1.99 per 1,000 gallons to each user of the wastewater facility, for usage up to and including 200,000 gallons per month, is hereby established.
(B) A debt service charge of $.25 per 1,000 gallons to each user of the wastewater facility, for usage over 200,000 gallons per month, is hereby established.
(C) The rates established in this section shall automatically increase by 3% on May 1 of each calendar year.
