§ 31.050  APPOINTMENTS.
   (A)   Subject to the approval and consent of the Council, the Mayor shall appoint the following:
      (1)   The City Administrator;
      (2)   The City Clerk;
      (3)   The City Treasurer;
      (4)   The City Attorneys;
      (5)   The Budget Officer;
      (6)   The Plan Commission;
      (7)   The Zoning Board of Appeals;
      (8)   The Park Board;
      (9)   The Police Pension Board;
      (10)   The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners;
      (11)   The Library Board;
      (12)   The Civil Defense Officer;
      (13)   Water Safety Officer; and
      (14)   The Facilities Manager.
   (B)   Subject to the approval and consent of the Council, the Mayor may create committees for any special purpose and appoint the members of each committee.
