§ 131.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   FIREARM. Any gun, rifle, pistol, revolver, shotgun or any other device which is capable of projecting any object a distance of 40 feet.
