§ 131.05 EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   This chapter shall not apply to:
      (1)   A person lawfully in defense of oneself, of another person, or of property; or
      (2)   Any law enforcement officer acting in his or her official capacity.
   (B)   The Police Chief may authorize an individual or organization the use of items described in §§ 131.02 and 131.03 in any area for a purpose not dangerous or harmful to individuals or properties. (Ord. 2013-08, passed 10-15-13)
