Establishment; function. The Town Council of the Town of Paoli hereby creates a Weapon Violation Fund which shall be a revolving fund, and all monies paid shall be placed in the fund and in no other place. The monies also shall not revert to the General Fund but shall remain in the Weapon Violation Fund. Any money generated form this fund can be used at the discretion of the Chief of Police.
