§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of § 71.01 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 71.02 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
   (C)   Any person who fails to satisfy a judgment entered against him for the violation of any traffic ordinance under this chapter within 60 days of the entry of a judgment shall have his or her driver’s license suspended pursuant to the provision of I.C. 34-4-32-4(h). In such instances, the court shall forward notice of the suspension to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
   (D)   Whoever violates any provision of § 71.04, for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a fine of not more than $500 and not less than $50. Each day any violation shall continue shall cause a separate offense.
