§ 71.02 PARKING OF VEHICLES (MOTORIZED AND UNMOTORIZED) ON THE STREETS, ALLEYS, AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   (A)   The following vehicles, if properly parked in other respects, may park on the streets, alleys and rights-of-way of the town:
      (1)   Cars;
      (2)   Vans and mini vans;
      (3)   Motorcycles;
      (4)   Sport utility vehicles; and
      (5)   Pick-up trucks, including dual wheeled pick-up trucks (pick-up trucks may have “toppers” which do not extend above the roof line of the cab or the length of the bed but may not have campers or other permanent fixtures that extend above the roof line of the cab or beyond the length of the bed).
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle, whether motorized or unmotorized on the streets, alleys and rights-of-way of the town, other than for the limited purpose of loading or unloading, for a period not to exceed one hour, which vehicle is not specifically described in division (A) of this section. No vehicle having a trailer or other attachment, including those mentioned in division (A) of this section, shall park on the streets, alleys and rights-of-way of the town, other than for the limited purpose of loading or unloading, for a period not to exceed one hour.
   (C)   The police officers of the town are hereby given the responsibility of enforcing the provisions of this section and they shall have the right, at their discretion, to tow away and store any vehicle parked or left unattended, as in this section provided and contrary to the terms and provisions thereof. All costs and charges for the towing and/or storage of such vehicles so removed shall be charged to the owners or operators thereof.
   (D)   Any person who violates a provision of this section shall be deemed to have committed an ordinance violation.
