(a) The Village Attorney shall prosecute violators of any of the provisions of this chapter in the name of the Village or may bring an action for an injunction to restrain such a violation or to enjoin the operation of any establishment causing such a violation.

(b) Whoever fails to comply with Section 1042.29(a) shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense. Payment of such fine shall not excuse the person from obtaining the required license.
(c) Whoever violates Section 1042.30 shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense. A separate violation shall be deemed committed each day during which the violation continues beyond the compliance date set forth in the notice.
(d) In addition to any fine which may be imposed under subsection (b) and (c) hereof, the Village may also seek equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to seek either that the private sewage disposal system not be used and the premises be vacated or that a mandatory order of compliance be entered.
