668.01 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   A person commits disorderly conduct when he or she knowingly performs any act in such an unreasonable manner as to alarm or disturb another or to provoke a breach of the peace. Disorderly conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following actions:
   (a)   Making a telephone call, whether or not conversation thereby ensues, with intent to annoy another person;
   (b)   Transmitting in any manner to another person a false alarm, to the effect that a bomb or other explosive of any nature is concealed in such place that its explosion could endanger life or property, knowing at the time of such transmission that there is no reasonable ground for believing that such a bomb or explosive is concealed in such place; or
   (c)   Transmitting in any manner to a peace officer, public officer or public employee a report to the effect that an offense has been committed, knowing at the time of such transmission that there is no reasonable ground for believing that such an offense has been committed.
668.02 DISTURBING LAWFUL MEETINGS.
   No person shall disturb a lawful assemblage or gathering in the Village.
668.03 DISTURBING THE PEACE.
   No person owning or in possession, charge or control of any building or premises shall use the same, permit the use of the same, or rent the same to be used, for any business or employment, or for any purpose of pleasure or recreation, if such use, by its noise or boisterous nature, disturbs or destroys the peace of the neighborhood in which such building or premises is situated, or if it is dangerous or detrimental to health.
668.04 FALSE FIRE ALARMS.
   No person shall start or spread any false alarm of fire in the Village.
668.05 FIGHTING IN PUBLIC.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in a physical altercation involving a battery, commonly known as a fight, in any public place in the Village.
