No person shall operate a vehicle in such a manner as to cause or produce unnecessary loud, raucous, excessive or unusual noise by racing the motor, by lack of a muffler or use of a muffler cut-out, by tire friction upon rapid turning or weaving, by spinning of the wheels from a standing or slowly moving position by sudden unnecessary motor acceleration, or by continuous unnecessary sounding of a horn or other signal device.
