422.99 GENERAL CODE PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than sixty dollars ($60.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day, during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
   (b)   Whoever violates Sections 480.15 or 482.07 of this Code shall be issued a citation, returnable in thirty days, assessing a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). If such fine is not paid within said thirty days, a court violation shall be issued, and the fine shall be not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
   (c)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of Sections 442.03 or 442.04 of this Code shall be fined not less than sixty dollars ($60.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
   (d)   For purposes of this section, all fine amounts referenced herein are exclusive of court costs and fees.
