482.07 SPACES FOR HANDICAPPED PERSONS.

The Municipal Commuter Parking Facility shall have not less than two spaces for handicapped persons, which spaces shall be clearly marked with the international wheelchair symbol. No person who is not handicapped shall park any vehicle in any such space at any time.
