§ 152.124 AGREEMENTS.

   The final plat shall be accompanied by a statement signed by the owner or subdivider setting forth:

   (A)   That the plans and specifications for the required public improvements have been completed and approved by the city engineer;

   (B)   That the required public improvements will be installed in accordance with such plans and specifications; and

   (C)   That in respect to subdivisions wholly or partly within the city limits, the bonds or guarantees provided for by §§ 152.112, 152.113, 152.115, and 152.116 have been furnished to the city.
