§ 150.92 BUILDING COMMISSIONER TO ACT ON APPLICATION.
   The building commissioner shall examine the application of each applicant to determine whether or not the specifications, exhibits, and information therein contained conform with the provisions of §§ 150.90 and 150.91. He shall mark each application "Approved" or "Denied."
