§ 150.90 APPLICATION FOR BUILDING PERMIT; FEE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to construct, erect, install, maintain, alter, or enlarge a satellite antenna dish, satellite earth station, satellite receiving dish, or any other device known by any other name, designed to receive or intercept television broadcasts relayed by microwave signals from earth-orbiting communications satellites without first obtaining a building permit therefor by application to the building commissioner. Each application shall be accompanied by a plan, drawn to scale, showing dish location, landscaping and compliance with all other provisions of the city zoning and building regulations, and a permit fee of $50.
   (B)   Non-residential districts.
      (1)   The erection, installation or maintenance of satellite antenna dishes for no-residential districts shall be as determined by the Building Commissioner.
      (2)   Application for such installation shall be made to the Building Commissioner.
