Requests for variations from the provisions and requirements of §§ 150.80 through 150.85, relating to fences, shall be governed by the procedure applicable to variations from the requirements of the zoning ordinance, Chapter 153, except that requirements for variations from the provisions of § 150.81(G) shall be reviewed by the plan and zoning committee of the council and approved by city council.
