§ 150.85 CONFLICTING WITH SWIMMING POOL ORDINANCE.

Nothing in §§ 150.80 through 150.85 shall be so construed as to conflict with or limit the effectiveness of any fence provision contained in the code, relating to swimming pools. The provision of Chapter 154 shall take precedence over §§ 150.80 through 150.85.
