§ 150.03 SUBMISSION OF SUPPORTING MATERIALS.
   In addition to plans, specifications, and other matters required in connection with applications for building permits, the city council may by rule require, and all applicants for building permits may, in addition to material so required, submit supporting memoranda or other documents with the applications in order to demonstrate that the proposed structure would not create a violation of any of the provisions of §§ 150.01 through 150.22. When, in the opinion of the building official, a building is proposed which is in violation of § 150.08, the license and permits committee shall examine the plans and specifications and make its recommendation to approve or deny the building permit accordingly.
