§ 150.22 FURNISHING OF SPOTTED SURVEY AFTER FOUNDATION IS POURED.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the “International Code Council Inc., 2006 Edition,” and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained elsewhere in this code, a spotted survey shall be furnished by the property owner to the city after the foundation of any structure is completed, and before any aboveground construction work is commenced. The survey shall show the location of the foundation with regard to the front, rear, and side lot lines and shall have set forth thereon, as certified by a licensed surveyor, the measured distances from the foundation or foundations to the front, rear, and side lot lines. No further aboveground work shall be done on the structure under construction until the city has reviewed the spotted survey so furnished and confirmed that the foundation of the structure conforms to the front, rear, and side yard requirements of the city's ordinances.
