§ 93.100 REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT SIGNS.
        The sale and development of real estate may be advertised by the following temporary signs:
   (A)   Temporary real estate development signs. The sale and development of real estate may be advertised on signs located on the premises to be developed, but they shall be not more than 6 feet in height, not more than 30 square feet in area, and shall be permitted initially for a period of not more than 90 days after the issuance of the first permit for construction on the vacant land, provided that, if the development of the vacant land is not completed within the expiration of 90 days, a permit for the sign may be renewed for one additional period of 90 days.
   (B)   Sale of vacant land. The sale of vacant land may be advertised by a sign limited in height and area to the identification sign requirements as set out in § 93.130. Signs shall also be limited in number to one sign for the premises advertised for sale.
   (C)   Planned residential unit development and business development. Signs advertising planned unit development shall be limited to low freestanding signs not to exceed 10 feet in height and 75 square feet in area. The signs may remain on the premises only until such time as the planned residential until development or business development is under construction. Permits for these signs may be issued for periods of 6 months, and an application for renewal must be made at the expiration of every 6-month period following the issuance of the first construction permit for construction on the premises.
