§ 93.130 RESTRICTIONS UPON ERECTION AND MAINTENANCE.
        Identification signs may be erected and maintained subject to the following restrictions:
   (A)   The surface area shall not exceed 60 square feet, with not more than 50% of the total permitted area on any one side.
   (B)   The maximum height above the ground of the highest portion of the sign shall not exceed 6 feet.
   (C)   Identification signs shall identify only a service performed or a business operated on the premises on which the sign is located.
   (D)   Identification signs shall be located only on B-1 Districts and B Districts with less than 20-car parking. They shall be placed only in grassy landscaped areas, and surrounded at their base by landscaping.
   (E)   Identification signs shall, with respect to material and manner of construction, conform to all other restrictions set forth in this chapter.
   (F)   Identification signs shall not be internally illuminated unless constructed of unbreakable material with a background of less light intensity than the translucent letters, trademarks, insignias, or stroke fascias.
   (G)   One identification sign for each freestanding building.
