§ 93.79 APPLICABILITY.
   The following regulations shall apply to all wall signs, unless the wall sign is located in the Harlem Overlay District. When this occurs, the sign shall be governed by the regulations of this section, except where specific aspects of design and construction are regulated by § 153.57 of this code of ordinances.
