§ 93.39 PENALTY FOR ERECTING OR MAINTAINING AN ILLEGAL SIGN.

Any person who erects or any property owner who permits to be maintained on property over which the owner has control any sign not in conformity with § 93.12 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not to exceed $200. Each day the sign remains shall be considered a separate offense.
