(A) Any person convicted of any violation of the provisions of § 50.30 shall be fined not less than $150 nor more than $500 for each offense.
(B) Any person convicted of any violation of the provisions of § 50.28 (A) shall be fined $25 for the first offense and $100 for each subsequent offense within the same calendar year.
