§ 30.07 PUBLICATION OF OFFICIAL NOTICES; APPROVAL BY CITY COUNCIL.
   Public notices of the hearing or of any intended action by an elected or appointed official of the city shall require approval by the city council prior to the publication or delivery of such public notice.
