§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 70.01 through 70.08 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $1, nor more than $100, and each single violation or failure to comply shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person violating any provision of § 70.20 shall be deemed guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined up to $500 or other limits imposed by the Tex. Penal Code from time to time.
