(A) Any person who violates any section of this chapter relating to signs shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in § 31.99.
(B) Any day any violation of any provision, subsection or section of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) In addition to the provisions for penalties provided in § 31.99, any violation of this chapter shall be subject to the enforcement of the special master established pursuant to §§ 31.30 through 31.38 according to the procedure legally established for the special master, and subject to the penalties provided in § 31.99.
