The position of Code Enforcement Special Magistrate is responsible for hearing matters brought before him or her concerning compliance with existing codes, ordinances, statutes, and enforcing other municipal codes and ordinances as may have been or may be adopted by the Town Council from time to time. Work is performed under the general direction of the Town Mayor.
